As a service organization, Rally Appraisal is very responsive to quickly address and to resolve all questions from our clients and others with whom we do business.  Rally is small enough that many times you are speaking directly with the officers of the company, but large enough by virtue of our extensive geographical footprint to provide residential as well as commercial appraisals to respond to our client’s entire real estate valuation needs.

1.  Contacting the borrower to set up an appointment on the same day the appraisal order is received
2.  Scheduling the appointment date within 5 business days
3.  Returning telephone calls the same day that they are received
4.  Responding within 24 hours to follow up requests for additional information on completed appraisals
5.  Submitting the appraisal report within 24-48 hours from the inspection date
